The second couture collection under Raf Simons helm at Christian Dior was presented in a flourishing tent, almost like you would forget the winter weather outside. Opening with a light blue strapless gown, the collection bloomed into vivid colours and patterns as the show continued. There was the minimalistic monochrome colour boxing that you might expect from Raf Simons, but it was the extremely detailed handwork in particular of thousands of embroidings that made the conspicuous impression, growing more numerous for every look. Whereas the final five looks were to symbolise nature in full bloom.
